Driver improvement training relocates

Driver improvement training is still taught on the first Saturday of each month. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and training starts at 8 a.m. Priority will be given to those persons required to attend such as active-duty military personnel who receive a driving citation while intoxicated or careless and reckless traffic citation. Command referred personnel will be accommodated on a space available basis by the instructor. There is no requirement to call the safety office for an appointment.

Awards ceremony planned

The awards ceremony is designed to recognize civilian employees (appropriated and non-appropriated) and military members for their contributions to the installation. Nomination forms and award categories are available at http://www.bragg.army.mil/Organizations/ Tenant-Units/Civilian-Personnel-Advisory-Center/Hot_Topics/Topics_home.aspx.

Nominations may be initiated by any civilian employee or servicemember. The competition is open to everyone on Fort Bragg, including Fort Bragg Schools, AAFES, and Defense Commissary Agency, except contract employees. Nominations must be submitted through the activity point of contact.
