In partnership with the Military and Family Life Consultant Team, the EAP offers monthly work/life health training seminars.

Tuesday — Combat-related stress reactions — this presentation teaches coping skills for the servicemember as well as how the Family members (and employers and co-workers) can take an active role in the healing process.

Prime for Life training workshop is specifically designed for Department of Defense civilians, military Family members, military retirees, and military retiree dependents. May 14 — Homecoming and reunion - this presentation addresses concerns and guides participants through a proactive approach to encourage a positive reintegration.
May 28 — The three C’s of communication - this presentation will elaborate on the three “C’s” of communication: to communicate, to collaborate and to commit. Participants will also learn about the different aspects of verbal and nonverbal communication.
