Craig Morgan coming to Fort Bragg: USO of N.C., Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, and Jack Daniels are sponsoring a free Craig Morgan concert, Aug. 8, 5 p.m., at the Fort Bragg Fairgrounds. Band salute: The Army Ground Forces Band Summer Salute will hold a summer concert series to salute America.

Road improvements: Construction crews are widening the Gruber and Longstreet roads intersection through the end of the year. Improvement work will include resurfacing and traffic signal upgrades at four signalized intersections on Longstreet Road. Some of the work will be performed at off-peak hours, at night and or weekends.

WAMC furlough schedule: Due to civilian furloughs at Fort Bragg, Womack Army Medical Center Main Outpatient Pharmacy is closed on Sundays. The Refill Distribution Center Pharmacy is closed Saturdays, at noon. The Post Exchange Pharmacy is open through lunch and closes between 1 and 2 p.m. The Fort Bragg Blood Donor Center will be closed on Fridays through Sept. 30. WAMC outlying primary care clinics are closed on Fridays through September.

Pediatric care now at primary clinics: To improve patient access and continuity, Womack Army Medical Center is providing pediatric services in the primary care clinics. Effective, July 29, all pediatric patient appointments will be booked at the following primary care clinics: Clark Health Clinic, Joel Health and Dental Clinic, Robinson Health Clinic and Troop and Family Medical Clinic. Patients will receive notifications via mail of their clinic enrollment and primary care manager assignments.
