Commissary survey

The Defense Commissary Agency wants to hear from you. Through Aug. 1, an online survey will be available on www.commissaries.com. You may participate by clicking on the “take our survey” link or accessing the survey directly at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DeCA-Shopping-Survey. The responses will be analyzed and used to improve the commissary for patrons.

Information session scheduled

Fayetteville Technical Community College will host education information sessions for active duty, National Guard/Reserve, Family members, and veterans on July 16, Room 116, Bragg Training and Education Center.

Session 1, (active duty and veterans), 10 to 10:50 a.m., will focus on FTCC’s Credit for Military Learning Program and veteran education benefits.

Session 2 (Family members), 11 to 11:50 a.m., representatives will discuss the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program which provides financial assistance for military spouses who are interested in pursuing degree programs, licenses, certifications, and education leading to portable career fields.

Representatives from financial aid, testing, registration, Continuing Education, English as a Second Language and health care as well as military services specialists will be on site starting at 9 a.m. to answer questions.
