Retirement planning workshop
The workshop will provide updated information concerning personal finances, the Army Career and Alumni Program, REDUX and survivor benefit programs, TRICARE, Fort Bragg Education Services and Department of Veteran Affairs entitlements. These services are designed to help with addressing any life issue(s) threatening well-being, such as but not limited to, stress, grief, Family difficulties, financial challenges and substance abuse. In partnership with the Military and Family Life Consultant Team, the EAP offers monthly work/life health training seminars.

March 26 — Building resiliency — The presentation will teach you the characteristics of resilient people as well as methods for becoming more resilient. Participants will learn how to cope and maintain a sense of stability in the midst of change and loss.
April 9 — Conflict resolution — This presentation addresses understanding conflict, types of conflict in the workplace, conflict styles, ways we respond to conflict, conflict in the workplace, communication guidelines and how to resolve conflict.
April 23 — Combat related stress reactions — This presentation teaches coping skills for the servicemember as well as how the Family members (and employers and co-workers) can take an active role in the healing process.
