Antiterrorism awareness contest held

The training is available through the military memberís unit or at https://atlevel1.dtic.mil/at/ (AKO user ID and password required). This year, the installation will conduct an antiterrorism awareness contest for youths. The contest will have two categories: Category 1 will consist of elementary age students and; Category 2 is for middle school age students.

There will be first, second and third place prizes awarded for each category. Students participating have the option of preparing an essay, drawing, or video on what antiterrorism awareness means to them. Products should be submitted to participantís neighborhood center during Aug. 20 through 24, with contact information and category (or age).

Visit www.myarmyonesource.com/familyprogramsandservices/iwatchprogram/default.aspx for additional information/ideas. Winners will be announced Aug. 31. Look for more information on antiterrorism as the event gets closer.
