In an effort to include as many runners as possible in the inaugural All American Marathon and Mike to Mike Half Marathon weekend, Fort Bragg and the City of Fayetteville will host the All American 5K race in the historic district of Fort Bragg, starting and stopping at the finish line for the full and half marathons.

“Adding the 5K will ensure that Family members of all ages can participate in the fun of a friendly competition and race training will help foster a more healthy community,” said Tom McCollum, Fort Bragg spokesman. “This also helps bring all Family members into a healthy fitness routine that they can share together.”

In November 2013, Fort Bragg and the city announced the inaugural races, with both the full and half marathons beginning in downtown Fayetteville and proceeding through city streets and up the All American Freeway until reaching the gates of the Home of the Airborne and Special Operations Forces.

Registration for all three races is available at
