The Installation Management Command Fort Bragg ICE program provides customer feedback on IMCOM provided services as well as our Fort Bragg partners; Womack Army Medical Center, Dental Activity, Army and Air Force Exchange Service and the Logistics Readiness Center.
ICE is the tool to tell IMCOM how well or poorly they are doing taking care of the customer. The feedback lets them know what they are doing well and where they need to improve, and they greatly appreciate people taking the time to provide feedback.
If people feel strongly enough about an experience (good or bad) and they want to talk to someone about it, they should check the “Response Requested” block and someone will contact them directly to address your issue.
