Fort Bragg will host the annual Education Fair at the Fort Bragg Club Nov. 15, bringing together dozens of traditional colleges and universities with organizations offering alternative learning opportunities.

This year’s theme “Preparing Today’s Soldiers for Tomorrow’s opportunity”, stresses the changing trends in higher education and the needs of the modern workforce.

“We are very excited to welcome back so many great colleges and universities that have supported our current servicemembers and their Families, as well as the veterans who have returned to civilian life,” said Byron Johnson, Fort Bragg Education Services Chief of Counseling.

“The inclusion of apprenticeship programs and arts and technical schools will well serve a broader spectrum of our education seekers.”

Fort Bragg officials invite all members of the Fort Bragg community to attend, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., to speak with school representatives, particularly military-connected junior and senior high school students.

More than 40 schools and universities will attend the Education Fair.
