WAMC is now a tobacco-free campus, since Jan. 1. Visitors and servicemembers are not be allowed to use tobacco products on the campus. This includes all forms of tobacco.

Bargaining unit AFGE 1770 employees are exempt until an agreement is negotiated with the AFGE 1770, but still can only use the negotiated tobacco usage shelters.

Support group meets:
Amputees, caregivers, spouses and wounded warriors are invited to a Life Beyond Amputation Support Group meeting set for Saturday, from 1 to 3 p.m., 435 Russell St. in downtown Fayetteville. The support group is for all amputees, caregivers and Family members in Fayetteville, Fort Bragg and surrounding areas.
The focus is peer support, healthy living, life beyond amputation, community activities.

The clinic will handle only acute medical conditions that cannot wait for a routine visit with your primary care manager.
