Womack Army Medical Center holiday hours: Womack Army Medical Center’s primary care clinics and specialty care clinics will be closed July 4, for the federal holiday. This includes Clark Health Clinic, Joel Health and Dental Clinic, Pope Clinic, Robinson Health Clinic and Womack Army Family Medicine Residency Clinic. The Hope Mills and Fayetteville Medical homes will also be closed on federal holidays. To make an appointment at your assigned clinic, please call 907-APPT (2778).

Enjoy a movie under the stars: Smith Lake Recreation Area presents Movie Night at the Beach, July 14, 9 p.m. The feature will be Barnyard. The public is invited to check out what happens in the barn, stays in the barn.  Bring your blankets and chairs, gates open an hour before the show and concessions will be available for purchase. The event is free and open to the public. In accordance with AR215-1, no outside food or drinks are permitted. Movie subject to change.

Installation awards ceremony tickets on sale: The 22nd Annual Fort Bragg Installation Awards Ceremony will be held July 17, at the Fort Bragg Club. Tickets are on sale through Saturday. Cost of the ticket is $11. The menu is chicken picatta, roasted seasonal vegetable blend, herb roasted red potatoes, and iced tea. Tickets can be purchased through your command/activity point of contact.

Resiliency seminar: The Employee Assistance Program is hosting quarterly seminars focused on resilience education. Presented by Army Community Service, all training will be conducted from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Leader and Work Force Development Center, Building 2-2020, Woodruff Street. New primary care clinics’ hours: The Womack Army Medical Center primary care clinics will expand hours until 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, beginning Monday. The last day the Acute Minor Illness Clinic will be open is Saturday. Clark, Joel, Pope, Robinson, and Womack Family Medicine Residency clinics will open for evening hours beginning Monday. To make an appointment, call 907-2778. The main outpatient pharmacy will remain open Monday through Thursday until 10 p.m.

Mother/son outing: Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation is sponsoring a mother/son sock hop, July 20, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the Fort Bragg Club.
