On Saturday, Womack Army Medical Center will open its doors to expecting parents and new Families during a Maternity Fair in the clinic mall area of the hospital from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The fair will offer information to Families about all aspects of caring for their new addition from childbirth education to helpful hints about how to care for and keep infants safe after delivery.
In addition to informational tables that will have subject matter experts available to answer questions, there will also be free classes on a variety of topics including: baby basics and sleep safety; infant massage; Dads 101; cord blood donation; and tobacco cessation.
Attendance is free with no registration required. There will also be giveaway items available for attendees to help them on their parenthood journey.
