Womack Army Medical Center is introducing interactive customer evaluation kiosks.
The first “wave” of kiosks will be deployed within WAMC at the four main entrances — Reilly Road, the All American Expressway, Orthopedic Section, and in the Emergency Department.
The second wave of kiosks will be deployed in the primary care clinics on post (Troop and Family Medicine Clinic, Joel Health Clinic, Clark Health Clinic, and Robinson Clinic), the two medical homes in Fayetteville and Hope Mills and the Womack Health and Support Center.
Patients can use the kiosks or they can scan the Quick Response code with their smart phones to submit feedback about their hospital experience to officials.
This is beneficiaries’ opportunity to impact the quality of care they receive.
