ARRESTS

The following people were arrested on felony charges by law enforcement agencies in Davidson County, and, unless noted otherwise, were either placed in the Davidson County Detention Center or released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Lexington District Court on the date given:

• Kara Childress, 21, of 44 Hillside Park Drive, Thomasville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, July 27, $5,000

• Jadarius Greene, 18, of 302 Culbreth Ave., Thomasville, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, leaving scene after damaging property and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, July 26, $10,000

• Johnathan Aaron Boston, 26, of 361 Glendare Court, Winston-Salem, was charged with possession with the intent to sell and distribute marijuana, misdemeanor possession of a fictitious registration plate and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, Aug. 17, $2,500

• Frances Belinda Dewalt, 31, of 138 S. Cloudman St., Charlotte, was arrested under a fugitive warrant and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, July 12, $500,000

• Jody Allan Skeens, 27, of 478 Reedy Creek, was charged with probation violation, Aug. 21, $10,000

• Robert Lee-Emmanuel Whitakers, 49, of 3314 Ringtail Lane, Charlotte, was charged with uttering forged documents and possession of a counterfeit instrument, Aug. 1, $25,000

LARCENIES

The following larcenies more than $1,000 were reported to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office and the Lexington Police Department:

• An assortment of food, clothing, televisions, two Chester drawers, cheetah pillow and blankets, bookcase, two lamps, assortment of cosmetics, assortment of cleaning supplies and assortment of dishes valued at $1,700 were reported stolen at 11:59 a.m. Monday from a residence at 311 W. 3rd Ave.

• A kayak valued at $1,259 was reported stolen between 3:55 a.m. and 10 a.m. Monday from a retail establishment at 8201 N. N.C. Highway 150, Clemmons

• A Chevrolet Silverado valued at $6,000 was reported stolen between 4:46 a.m. and 8:12 a.m. Tuesday from a public building at 2979 Greensboro St. Extension

• A Chevrolet Cavalier valued at $7,000 was reported stolen between 9 a.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Monday from a parking lot at 5510 Old U.S. Highway 52

• A Dell computer monitor, Sony surround sound system, miscellaneous clothing, two Jordan shoes and Timberland boots valued at $1,270 were reported stolen between 1 p.m. Monday and 3:16 p.m. Tuesday from a residence at 382 Bill Lohr Road
