ARRESTS

The following people were arrested on felony charges by law enforcement agencies in Davidson County, and, unless noted otherwise, were either placed in the Davidson County Detention Center or released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Lexington District Court on the date given:

• Wesley Curtis Carter, 29, of 389 Cow Palace Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor larceny, two counts of misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana , Aug. 1, $3,000

• Heather Nicole Bartlett, 27, of 340 Old Mill Farm Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, Sept. 7, $10,000

• Alberto Reyes Hernandez, 43, of 213 Mendota Ave., was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor resisting arrest and misdemeanor displaying another license as his own, Aug. 14, $75,000

• Perry Scott Gable, 51, of 601 Riverview Lane, was charged with possession of cocaine, Aug. 1, $5,000

• Christopher Shane Snyder, 38, of 1071 Cook Road, was charged with attempted armed robbery, Sept. 11, $2,500

• Marie Letina Garrett, 35, of 1050 Fritts Road, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, Sept. 11, $2,500

• Tenille Malisa Spry, 33, of 1050 Fritts Road, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, Sept. 11, $2,500

• Harvey Lee McNeair, Jr., 55, of 1011 Craver Drive, was charged with obtaining property through false pretenses and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, Aug. 7, $2,000

• Aaron Dean Joyce, 51, of 123 Donvic Drive, Thomasville, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and three counts of obtaining property through false pretenses, Aug. 23, $5,000

 

LARCENIES

The following larcenies more than $1,000 were reported to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office and the Lexington Police Department:

• An 80-gallon Kobalt compressor valued at $1,100 was reported stolen 8:14 a.m. Monday from a gas station at 4304 N.C. Highway 8.

• Two stainless steel refrigerators, 1970 Model Cragar wheels, a 1992 Honda Prelude and a 1984 Ford Bronco valued at $7,000 were reported stolen between 4 p.m. Monday and 4 p.m. Friday from a residence at 362 Aztec Drive, Winston-Salem.

• Albuterol, quarters, a .45 revolver and a bridal set valued at $1,515 were reported stolen between 7:45 a.m. Saturday and 7:45 a.m. Monday from a residence at 345 Tom Caudle Road.
