Registration for all SKIES Unlimited fall programs begins Tuesday and runs through the start of classes in September. Parents can also register their children up to the midpoint of each class, but SKIESU will not prorate fees associated with the class.
This fall, SKIESU will offer the following options for Families: dance, gymnastics, Noah’s Art, Music Together, Reading/Math/Study Skills, karate, and private guitar, which is new this year. For guitar, students must enter via waitlist by enrolling in activity number 950338-01.
All youth with a Fort Bragg Child, Youth and School Services membership are eligible to participate in these programs. This includes dependents of active duty military Families, full time Department of Defense employees and retirees.
One major benefit of participating in SKIESU programs is that students are taught by highly-qualified instructors that cost much less than other off-post establishment, according to Paul Driessen, SKIESUnlimited Instructional Program Specialist, Fort Bragg CYS.
SKIESU is always looking for qualified instructors to teach a myriad of classes. Those interested in becoming and instructor should call Driessen at 643-6039 to discuss options.
