Fort Bragg and Corvias Military Living announced today that unaccompanied Department of Defense civilians and servicemembers with the pay grade of E-5 who are considered geographical bachelors or who have been granted a Certificate of Non-Availability (CNA) for barracks will now be eligible to live at Randolph Pointe.
The on-post apartment community was previously open only to unaccompanied active-duty service members with the ranks of staff sergeant and above.
The community’s eligibility is being expanded now due to the recent completion of five additional new buildings in the project’s second phase of construction.
“We have constructed additional apartments and expanded the eligibility to live at Randolph Pointe to continue our efforts to ensure service members and federal civilians have an opportunity to enjoy the highest quality of life,” said Col. Jeffrey Sanborn, Fort Bragg Garrison Commander. “Living at Randolph Pointe not only represents a very nice living environment, but it also affords convenient access to the many services offered on Fort Bragg.”
The community, which opened in 2009, has received national recognition for superior customer service and is located within walking distance of the North Post Commissary, Post Exchange, and Joint Forces Command/U.S. Army Reserve Command Headquarters.
As featured in this video, Randolph Pointe’s modern, on-post apartments provide a quality of life for senior unaccompanied service members that previously was only available off post.
The one and two-bedroom floor plans range in size from 860 square feet to 1,213 square feet and feature large walk-in storage rooms, a full-size washer and dryer, private bed and bathroom suites, each with a walk-in closet and climate control; a full-size kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, a roomy living room, modern appliances, a patio or balcony and an optional garage. Large exterior storage rooms are also available for residents to store oversized military gear. All utilities, cable and internet are included in the community’s competitive rental rates, and roommate options are available.
In addition, the community boasts a clubhouse and resort-style pool, basketball and sand volleyball courts, state-of-the-art weight lifting and cardio equipment, and areas for relaxation and fun, including video gaming kiosks, a fully-equipped computer lounge with high-speed internet, a lounge with widescreen television, and 24-hour maintenance and professional property management.
Servicemembers and federal civilians interested in moving to Randolph Pointe are encouraged to request information by phone at 764-5008, by e-mail at email@example.com or online at http://randolphpointe.com.
Application fees and deposits will be waived for the first 10 DoD civilians to move in. Active-duty servicemembers are exempt from all application fees and deposits.
