The fourth annual Wheels and Warriors Car, Truck and Bike Show is set for Saturday at the Fort Bragg Fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The show, which is free and open to the public, will have more than 150 cars, trucks and bikes on display, said Mike Jellico event coordinator.

“You always can see very unique cars and trucks that you have never seen before,” he said. “There was a car one year that looked like a dragon. And they won best in show.”

With each year the event becomes more popular, Jellico said. Clubs and car owners are now coming from out of state to participate in the event.

Those who have a car, truck or bike they’d like to enter in the show can register up to the day of the event by calling 394-2293, or at the event from 8 to 11 a.m., at the registration area.

Registration fees are $30 for cars and trucks and $15 for bikes.

Cars, trucks and bikes will be judged in best in show, best custom, best classic, best paint, and best military within their respective categories.

Additional categories will include best muscle and import cars, best import truck and best cruiser and sports bike.

Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place best in show in each category.

This year, entertainment will be provided by the country/southern rock band Carolina Reign.

Jellico said the event is a great opportunity to meet people with the same interests and to have a chance to “win and be the top dog.”
