Walk/Run

The walk/run will begin at 9 a.m. and is open to military/government ID cardholders and Family members with no registration required.

Wellness and healthy living vendors will be on site. Strollers and dogs are welcome.

Flag football

The competition is open exclusively to active-duty personnel.

Teams must submit a team roster, signed by their unit commander, to the Fort Bragg Sports Office, Building 4-1567 Reilly St.

Tailgate luncheon

Soldiers in uniform may be admitted for a reduced cost of $15.

In honor of the nationís Armed Forces, a number of military units will take part in various demonstrations.

Volksmarch

Open to the public, the volksmarch cost $5 in advance, $10 the day of the event and will be free for children 12 and under.

Pre-registration can be done at Leisure Travel Services, Building 4-2171, in the Mini Mall on Reilly Street. Registration can also be done at Smith Lake on event day. The first 500 paid registrants will receive a commemorative mug.

In addition to the sale of German cuisine, other activities will include live entertainment, hayrides, dog costume contest, kidz korner and pumpkin decorating.
