Once the ghouls and goblins are done scaring up treats, what do you do with those jack-o-lanterns and pumpkins? Chunk those pumpkins at the Fort Bragg Recycling Center, of course.
Bragg about Recycling urges everyone to dispose of their old, unwanted pumpkins in recycling containers located at the recycling facility. Disposal in the trash creates more waste in our environment, which could be diverted for composting.
Recycling containers for pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns will be placed at the Fort Bragg Recycling Center from Nov. 2 through 20.
Fort Bragg Recycling Center is located at Building 3-1240 at the corner of Butner and Reilly roads across from Fort Bragg Veterinary Clinic
This site is open to all individuals on the installation from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
