Corvias Military Living, the military housing division of Corvias Group, announced Oct. 6, that Fort Bragg’s on-post housing received a top 10 ranking for resident satisfaction in the 2015 Headquarters Department of the Army Residential Communities Initiative resident survey. The survey was distributed to 43 Army installations nationwide and was completed by a total of 19,431 residents.

Four other installations with housing managed by Corvias also placed in the top 10 (Fort Rucker, Alabama; Fort Riley, Kansas; Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland). Fort Rucker received the highest score of any installation overall.

“We’re extremely honored to have received such praise from our residents and our installation teams deserve credit for their hard work,” said Chuck Parker, Corvias Military Living division president. “We’re very eager to review the survey’s findings to see how we can improve the service we provide to servicemembers and their Families, which remains our priority.”

The feedback provides the Army and Corvias with vital information to evaluate the current state of the housing partnership and guide future improvements to the housing facilities and residential services.

At the neighborhood level, three Fort Bragg neighborhoods received special recognition for high performance.

Randolph Pointe was presented with the A List Platinum Award for an exceptional score of 96.2 out of 100 and a response rate of at least 20 percent. The Normandy/Bastogne Gables and the Clubhouse at Linden Oaks neighborhoods also received the A List Award for a minimum score of 85 out of 100 with a response rate of at least 20 percent.

“Given the large scale of our operations at Fort Bragg, we’re incredibly proud of this positive feedback from our residents,” said Mark Foraker, Corvias business director.

Corvias presently manages more than 6,130 homes at Fort Bragg. Each month, the company completes an average of 4,092 work orders with an on-time completion rate of 97 percent.

Recently, on-post housing eligibility was expanded to welcome retired military and Department of Defense employees. Move-in specials and other offers are currently available for select home types.
