Family of the Year nominations: As part of Military Family Month in November, Army Community Service is accepting nominations for the Fort Bragg Family of the Year. Sewing instruction: Maholic Child Development Center has sewing instruction Wednesdays, 3 to 4 p.m., ages 8 to 10, $50 for four, 60-minute sessions; and Wednesdays, 4:15 to 5:15 p.m., ages 11 to 14 years, $60 for four, 60-minute sessions. Students are required to bring fabric scissors to class. They will work on projects to develop sewing techniques. Open to military Family members with CYSS membership. Graduation ceremony: The Bragg Training and Education Center will host the 2014-2015 Fort Bragg Collegiate Graduation and Recognition Ceremony, Nov. 19, 1 p.m., at the Fort Bragg Conference and Catering Center. The ceremony is for military servicemembers, Department of Defense dependents, and civilians who have met, or will meet, their academic institutionís degree, diploma, or certificate requirements within the last year.
