Troops to Teachers: The North Carolina Troops to Teachers program coordinator is offering an information briefing 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the Bragg Training and Education Center (BTEC, 4520 Knox St., Building 1-3571). New BTEC appointment system: The Bragg Training and Education Center has set up an appointment system to service all education counseling needs. The new convenient appointment system allows patrons to have a scheduled appointment time to meet with an education counselor.
